The biggest update since launch is live: the Pendola Pass map, three new ARC, the Stiletto and Bantam, new gadgets, Amplified weapons, the Outpost and the Reward Pass. Here's everything that's in it — and what Embark still hasn't published.
A frozen mountain map beyond the Rust Belt and the ridge, reached by the Ballistic Gondolas — outside the reach of the Tube system. It's an old Italian village and Exodus transport hub with a supermarket, town square, summit observatory and a buried train depot, and a fallen Emperor lies on the map.
Pendola Pass is the only map testing Dynamic Loot Zones: the loot value of some areas changes from raid to raid, while each area keeps its loot type.
An aggressive machine that charges your position and keeps up constant pressure.
Early community data: heavily armored; weak at the legs, and its head opens to expose a weak spot while it fires.
Stalks from the shadows at the edge of your vision, then ambushes with a flurry of blows.
A turret split into three stacked, independent sections that can take on a whole squad. It guards the fallen Emperor and the Frigate.
A large ARC vessel now patrolling the Rust Belt, carrying rare tech — a challenge aimed at highly skilled squads.
Battle Rifle · Light Ammo · Uncommon
A semi-automatic battle rifle positioned as an early-game alternative to the Renegade: accurate with low initial recoil, harder to control under sustained fire.
Early community data: 16-round magazine; takes muzzle, underbarrel and stock mods.
Hand Cannon · Heavy Ammo · Uncommon
A snub-nosed double-action revolver that takes over the uncommon hand cannon role now that the Anvil is Rare. Good handling and damage, weaker accuracy and range.
Early community data: 8-round magazine.
They join the weapon tier list as soon as damage and fire-rate numbers are available.
Grappling Hook (climb, abseil and swing), Tether Launcher (wires two points together to root enemies), Yank Grenade (pulls targets toward the blast) and a Camera, which some older quests now require.
A fifth quality level for 15 weapons, with more planned. The Anvil Splitter is now an upgrade for the Amplified Anvil instead of a mod. Weapon Stencils add cosmetic re-skins.
Unlocked through a project and expanded with modules, it houses the research station. 100 Furniture Designs: 73 found Topside, 22 from Outpost upgrades, 4 from the Frozen Trail Pass and 1 from the DLC.
Cred is replaced by Reward Points. The Frozen Trail Pass has 60 levels; Premium costs 1,150 Raider Tokens and pays back up to 1,150, the Free track up to 200. Feats award 15/25/50 points, and three weekly milestones give 250 each. Old Raider Decks live on in the free Legacy Pass.
Each branch now has a two-way choice in the middle and a pick-two-of-three at the end. The stash gains two upgrade tiers, up to 328 slots before Expedition and Nomadic Envoy bonuses.
Full breakdown in the Frozen Trail patch notes.
A limited test lets you switch between normal PvPvE and PvE sessions with zero player-to-player damage. Solos, Duos and Trios share PvE lobbies, loot values are lower, and your PvPvE matchmaking rating isn't affected. Major conditions, Night Raids, Hidden Bunker, Locked Gate and the Frigate are excluded, and the toggle is removed when the test ends.
Our database adds full pages for Pendola Pass, the new ARC and the new weapons as soon as reliable numbers exist — we don't publish guessed stats.
Yes. Frozen Trail, the 2.0 Update, launched on October 8, 2026. ARC Raiders is free to play from October 8 to 12, and the game is 50% off on all platforms.
Pendola Pass, a mountain map beyond the Rust Belt reached by the Ballistic Gondolas. It is an old Italian village and Exodus transport hub with a supermarket, town square, observatory and buried train depot, and it is the only map testing Dynamic Loot Zones, where loot value in some areas changes from raid to raid.
Three new ARC: the Bully, an aggressive machine that charges your position; the Skulker, which ambushes from the shadows; and the Hydra, a three-section turret that guards the fallen Emperor and the Frigate. The Frigate itself, a large ARC vessel, now patrols the Rust Belt.
The Stiletto, an uncommon light-ammo semi-automatic battle rifle that is an early-game alternative to the Renegade, and the Bantam, an uncommon heavy-ammo double-action revolver that replaces the Anvil as the uncommon hand cannon. Embark has not published their damage or fire rate.
Cred was removed with Frozen Trail and replaced by Reward Points, which count toward your active Reward Pass. Feats give 15, 25 or 50 Reward Points, and three weekly milestones give 250 each.
The Premium track costs 1,150 Raider Tokens and contains up to 1,150 Raider Tokens to earn back. The Free track gives up to 200. The pass has 60 levels.
Embark is testing a PvE toggle from October 13 to 20, 2026. You can switch between normal PvPvE and PvE sessions with no player damage; Solos, Duos and Trios share lobbies, loot values are lower, and your PvPvE matchmaking rating is unaffected. Major conditions, Night Raids, Hidden Bunker, Locked Gate and the Frigate are excluded, and the toggle is removed after the test.
The Anvil moved from Uncommon to Rare and left Tian Wen’s shop, the Jupiter is stronger against armor but slightly weaker against weak spots, explosives deal over 50% more damage to ARC armor plates and about 30% less to fragile parts, the Snap Hook’s range dropped from 20m to 18m, and Solo vs. Squads was removed from matchmaking.
