Stationary gun emplacements found inside buildings and fortified positions. Turrets are unarmored and relatively fragile, but their rapid-fire output and placement at chokepoints make them surprisingly lethal to players who rush in without checking corners.
Turrets are stationary and activate when a player enters their detection zone. They fire sustained bursts of rapid-fire projectiles with high accuracy within their rotation arc. They cannot reposition, but their placement at doorways, hallways, and stairwells means they often catch players off guard when entering buildings.
The Turret is a medium-class ARC machine with 200 HP and a danger rating of 3/5. Medium-class ARC machines are the workhorse threat in ARC Raiders. The Turret is dangerous in numbers and will pin you down with sustained fire, but a focused burst into the right weak point ends most engagements in seconds.
The Turret has 2 weak points: Barrel assembly (front) (2x), Base power unit (2x). Hitting the barrel assembly (front) is the highest-value target — every shot landing there does 2x damage compared to body shots, which means you can drop the Turret with roughly 2 well-placed precision rounds from a mid-tier rifle. Body shots will work, but you'll burn through three to four times the ammo and pull every ARC patrol within a few hundred metres.
You'll find the Turret spawning in Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Spaceport, Blue Gate, Stella Montis. Common drops include ARC Synthetic Resin, ARC Thermo Lining, Light Ammo, Simple Gun Parts, which makes it a priority target for Raiders running general scavenging routes — the loot table is reliable even if not flashy.
