ARC Raiders Community Trials are RATWATCH.GG's player-driven justice system for the rats, extract campers, betrayers, and griefers terrorising Embark Studios' extraction shooter. When a community bounty hits the vote threshold, it automatically promotes to a public trial. The accused Raider becomes a defendant, the Raider who filed the bounty becomes the prosecutor, and any qualified player on the platform can serve as a juror. Every trial moves through four phases: prosecution (evidence is presented), defense (the accused responds), voting (the jury deliberates), and verdict (the result is locked in and added to the defendant's record).
Each phase has a fixed time window so trials can't stall indefinitely. If the prosecution fails to submit evidence, the trial dismisses. If the defense doesn't respond, the case proceeds with the prosecutor's submission only. During the voting phase, jurors review video clips, screenshots, witness statements, and Embark ID data, then cast a guilty / not-guilty / mistrial vote. A guilty verdict adds an Infamy badge to the defendant's ARC Raiders profile, exposes them on the public leaderboard as a convicted rat, and unlocks them as a verified hunt target for registered bounty hunters. A not-guilty verdict clears their record and refunds any reputation lost during the bounty stage.
Trials are public, transparent, and fully auditable — every vote, every piece of evidence, and every phase transition is logged on-chain in the platform's database, and any RATWATCH.GG user can view past verdicts by filtering this page to Completed. Want to file your own case? Start by posting a bounty with evidence, get the community to upvote it past the threshold, and your case will move to trial automatically. Want to serve as a juror? Stay active on the platform — verified hunters and trusted accounts get juror invites first when new trials open.
