Serial griefer blocking extraction vehicles

Repeatedly blocks extraction vehicles by parking salvage containers in front of them. Has done this in multiple zones. When asked to stop, responds with toxic messages. Multiple screenshots of chat logs and gameplay footage. Community is fed up.
