Shot for no reason during free loadout

I was shot by this person multiple times for absolutely no reason I was not aggressive towards him at all I haltered my weapon when I notice him walking by me but the minute he saw me he started shooting at me I eventually got knocked and he attempted to knock me out only to get hit by 2 other ARC I ran around the corner of the building in the far back of Buried City and laughed at how bad of a rat he was I ended up surrendering before he could knock me out very goofy rat behavior PS: This was all streamed @ https://kick.com/hipdogetv if you want to see the proof that I wasn't aggressive towards him at all and he just outright targeted me for no reason
